Oh! The Places You Will Go…

Remember that book?  It’s amazing how an old school read, stays relevant through time.  Just read it again and it nearly brought me to tears. While a different perspective than in 1990, I still enjoy it the same and maybe even a bit more.  And even though Green Eggs & Ham is my all time Dr. Seuss fave, this re-read is the motivation for this blog. I’ve been so footsy in my journey’s through & through, that I can’t help but to share my version of the view.  A sweet reflection of all the places I’ve been and the lessons missed and made here and there in.

For pressures sake, I am not committing to the frequency of post, or even promising it will be good thoughts that will change your life in some impactful way. I’m not even going to try to elude to expectations of prose, that’s pressure I can’t handle.    There may be some run-on sentences, errors in grammar, mis-spelled names, skewed perspectives and incorrect intents. Kindly insert black girl emoji shrugs here. But know it comes from and honest space that may not always be true (so challenge back), full of feelings and experiences from a place of me.  A me that has moved through over 18,255,360 minutes of moments spent in this reality of a world where I have attempted to be so many things and will probably die still trying. And also from a space where the importance of storytelling is increasingly important to me and the measures of my years.
